　中共は、企業ともども、建設作業員等の労働者も輸出してて、受け入れ国との間で軋轢を引き起こしているってさ。↓


・・・安物を輸出することで有名な中国は、次第に安価な労働力を輸出することもで知られるようになってきています。・・・
　しかし、彼らに対する反発も大きくなっています。アジア、アフリカでは、中国人労働者に対する抗議や暴力に関する出来事が頻発しています。外国企業のための新たな労働規則を置き、入国できる中国人労働者の数を制限するよう動いている国々の中で、ベトナムおよびインドは北京との緊張が高まっています。 ・・・
　・・・２００８年末において740,000人余の中国人労働者が海外にいて、そのうち去年だけで58パーセントが送り出されました。・・・
　こうした労働者は、中国企業によって直接的に、或いは、労働者を手配する中国人労働者仲介業者によって中国国内で雇われています。５００もの公認仲介業者に加えて多くの無許可の仲介業者がいます。
　中国の高官は、中国人労働者は、現地労働者と比較して、高くないばかりか、熟練し管理し易いと言っています。・・・

Vietnam and India are among the nations that have moved to impose new labor rules for foreign companies and restrict the number of Chinese workers allowed to enter, straining relations with Beijing. ・・・
