　ミャンマーでの総選挙の開票は遅々として進んでいないが、スーチー女史率いる野党は、70%超の選挙対象議席をとれるという皮算用。
　軍隊が議席の25%を自動的に割り当てられるから、70%とれれば過半数をちょっと超えて政権樹立ができるってワケ。

　太田さん、新富士通パソコンはリカバリディスクを購入するか、Windows８をクリーンインストールするかのどちらかしかないです。・・・
　ただ、＜後者の場合、＞新富士通パソコンのWindowsのライセンスを、NECパソコンに使う予定だったと思うのですが、新富士通をWin8→Win8.1→Win10とアップグレードした場合は、NECに使うライセンスがなくなってしまいます。・・・
　もし新しいノートパソコンを購入するつもりであれば、ノートパソコンが４台あっても使い道がないと思いますので、Windows8のクリーンインストールを私としてはオススメします。
　今回、Windows10をDELLパソコンにクリーンインストールしましたが、Windows8のクリーンインストールもほぼ同じ手順です。
　リカバリディスクにするか、Windows8のクリーンインストールにするかは、太田さんが決めてください。

　ただし、リカバリディスクでしかドライバが入手できないデバイス(例えば、指紋認証等)がある場合は、そのデバイスは利用できないということは理解してください。
　(リカバリディスクでしかドライバが手に入らないデバイスが仮にあったとしても、それはおそらく特殊なデバイスであって、通常のパソコンとしての使用に支障はないと思います。)
　手順に関しましては、明日まで待ってください。
　(全部明日までというのも無理ですが。)
