　船長との会話の雰囲気からして、うｐ主はインターネット音痴で、身分証明書不要のネットカフェでアップすれば特定されないと思ってたけど、神戸と特定されて、ビビったんじゃないかなあ？
　「船長らが「ここまできたら犯人わかるね」と話していると、保安官の様子がおかしくなった。船長は勤務が明けた同９時10分ごろ、船内の事務室で尋ねた。「体調がおかしいのか」
　保安官は「船長は知らない方がいいです」と答えたが、船長が「自分は船長だから、部下のことは知っておかねばならない」と重ねて問うと、映像を投稿したのは自分だと打ち明けたという。」

まー、単独犯と云っているが一寸無理筋だよな…現在、落としどころを模索中なんだろ。
　都の高慢閣下が、米国の仕業と云ってるが本当ならば真相は闇へと…で、既に筋書き（決着）は出来ていると考えるほうが妥当なんだろーね。・・・
　これを機に、現場でも（海保の）士気が上がるような毅然とした対応を取れる態勢を取れるようになることを望むし、日本の危機感の無い属国ぶりと家畜状態をどんどん晒して欲しいもんだ。

　このことと関係があることだが、以下のどっちが正しいとしても、これまでの海保の説明はウソだったということになりそうだ。↓

　（コラム#4112に関し）昨夜から書き始めたシリーズ（未公開）で、日本の戦争前後の外務官僚達が軒並みいかに無能で「国賊」的であったか改めて痛感している。
　憲兵隊が吉田茂らを目の敵にした理由がやっと分かってきた思いだ。
＜MS＞
　・・・『吉田茂の自問』シリーズ＜（未公開）＞、まだ、始まったばかりですが、是非次著のどこかにいれさせてください。
　ところで、同コラムの下記の引用箇所、
　「＜昭和11年には日独防共協定が締結され、＞翌昭和12年には、イタリーが防共協定に参加し、日独伊三国間の協定になった・・・ソ連ないし、国際共産勢力なるものの脅威は、当時国際的にさほど感ぜられていなかった。ソ連自身は革命以来、第二次大戦の直前までは、少くとも、対外武力行使に関する限り、ずっとおとなしくしていた。コミンテルンなるものの活動も、ソ連以外のどの国でも共産革命を成就せしめえなかった位だから、国際的な対抗措置を講ずる必要がある程の脅威とは認められていなかった。それに反して、日独伊の方が国際的に脅威を感ぜられていたのである。日本が中国に進出するに際しては、よく防共ということを口にしたが、それはいわば口実であり、又、一般にそう認められていた。従って、世界の非共産主義諸国の反共聯盟の結成というようなことは、全く夢に過ぎなかったわけである。今日の世界の情勢にかんがみれば、先見の明があったといえないこともないかも知れないが、果してどれだけまじめであったか疑問であり、又たとえ先見の明があったにしたところで、一般に受け入れられなければ、現実的に は無意味である。」（＜1951年の外務省報告書 ＞101～102頁）
　このままだと全く意味のわからない文じゃないですか？
　太田さんのコメントを読まずに読んだら、何回読んでも文章の論理が理解できませんでした。
　文脈に沿って素直に読もうとすると「一般」と「国際」が、「日独伊」を含み、かつ、「ソ連」を除く、国際社会であるはずなので、そう思って読むと、文章が自己矛盾して全く意味が通らない。
　太田さんのいうように「一般」を「英米」（そして「国際的」を「英米の間で」）と読み替えて初めて意味がとおりますが、要はただの事大主義なんですね。
　ちょっとしたパズルのようで面白かったです。
＜太田＞
　現在の日本の官僚機構のダメさかげんを、約半世紀、物の見事に先取りしていたのが、戦前の昭和期の外務省であったということです。
　当時、まだ吉田ドクトリンがあったわけではなく、従って日本はどこの国の属国にもなっておらず、外務省は日本の外交・安全保障政策の中心であったというのにね。
　当時の外務官僚達は、日本の国内や支那のことを真剣に知ろうともせず、任地先、とりわけ欧米の任地先の指導者達が語るタテマエ論を真に受けて洗脳され、日本の軍部や日本の一般国民をバカにし、軍部の足を引っ張り、任地先では、毎日パーティーをハシゴするばかりで、実質的な仕事は碌にせず、カウンターパートに機密情報でも何でもおかまいなしにベラベラしゃべり、日本帝国を滅亡へと追いやったところの、まさに「国賊」であった、と言っても過言ではありません。
